Our dough and sauce are made in-house from scratch. Our cheese comes from Grande Farms in Fon du Lac, Wisconsin. These pizzas are very thick -- 1 ½ or 2 slices is a full meal for most people. Pick from 12’ (serves 3-4) or 14” (serves 4-6)
In addition to deep dish, there’s also a thin-crust pizza found in Chicago called Tavern-style. The crust is thin and firm enough to have a noticeable crunch, unlike a New York-style pizza. This pizza is cut into squares.
All pizzas automatically come with Loretta’s house mozzarella cheese blend.
All subs are 9” and start with Grande’ Farms mozzarella and provolone. Bread is sourced daily from Beer City Bread Company in Grand Rapids. Note: The bread is crunchy after being in the oven, which is how we like it.
Comes with House Made Garlic Bread.
